This License applies to the evaluation (unregistered) version of eDocPrinter PDF Pro ("the Program"). Please read the license terms below. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this License, then do not use, copy, transmit, distribute, or install the Program.

Scope of License
Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed by ITEKSOFT Corporation ("ITEKSOFT") to use the Program for evaluation purposes without charge. Any serial number, key, or activation program, that converting the Software to a registered version, must be separately purchased from ITEKSOFT or its distributors.

You may make and distribute unlimited copies of the evaluation version of the Program as long as each copy that you make and distribute contains the full installation package including the License, and the copyright notices.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations for any copies, and from distributing such copies with other products of any kind without prior written permission from ITEKSOFT. ITEKSOFT reserves the right to revoke the above distribution rights at any time, for any or no reason.

The Program is copyrighted, and all rights therein are reserved for ITEKSOFT. Use of the Program does not transfer any right, title, or interest in the software except as specifically set forth in this agreement. You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on, the Program.

Warranty Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

The Program is provided "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTEE OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ITEKSOFT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER SIMILAR CLAIMS.
